Personally, I use an output folder for all of the frames and a clips folder for each scene in MP4 or MOV format. If you’re publishing your animation on YouTube, you’ll also probably need a folder for your thumbnails, etc. If you’re more serious about making a good animation (which I don’t recommend unless you’ve already got lots of experience), you’ll also probably need an assets, characters, music, scripts, and sounds folder.

My recommended file setup for your animation folder is a worlds folder, a scenes folder, and a skin folder.
